Here’s a great example of what Summit Cladding can do to transform not one, but a whole block of homes, to bring them up to date with their neighbours. Our client and her fellow committee members run their own property management company in this 1970s block in the leafy hidden part of Winchmore Hill in Enfield, North London. Previous posts on this blog have told the story of the dreaded Finlock concrete gutters – and here’s another! Our client, Jane, had some unwelcome news in the survey report from her mortgage lender on her end-of-terrace house in Epping. There was some urgent work required. A recent insurance company survey revealed that one in ten DIY jobs are so badly botched that a professional builder has to come to the rescue. Avoid getting soaked! On these wet winter days the last thing you want is to get a soaking as you fumble for the keys to open your front door. The obvious answer – fit a canopy! We all know that first impressions count. So the importance of a “good look” to the front of your house can’t be overstated. Summit Cladding was recently contacted by former clients who we’d worked for in 2006. They had just finished a major refurbishment of their beautiful house in Willesden, North West London. Summit were recently contacted by a client who lives in Barnet, north London. The client was very specific in her requirements and had lived at the property for over ten years. Having completely modernised the interior, she wanted to give the house an outside makeover, giving it the kerb appeal it deserved.
