Cockfosters resident, Mrs Yapanis gave us a call as she wanted a free standing cover to the picnic table in the garden so that she could enjoy it all year round. We designed a free standing cover which matched up with the conservatory at the back of the house. The roof of this was made of polycarbon and we finished it in a dark brown colour to ensure protection from the sun. We also fitted spotlights into the ceiling so that Mrs Yapanis could enjoy the canopy in the evening. What do you think of this outdoor canopy?

This house in Southgate, N14 had a serious problem. The front of the house was ugly! The first thing people see when they arrive at a house is the front door and the front of this house was dominated by a concrete plinth above the door. The owner wanted to improve the look so that guest would getter a nicer welcoming when coming to visit, which is why he called Summit Cladding who were keen to come round and see where they could help out. Summit Cladding were called to a home in Wanstead, East London to repair and improve the front exterior of a home. We removed all the old timbers and replaced them with a Eurocell OG Fascia Board. The old wooden finule was completely rotten so we had it copied to the exact specifications but in Hardwood and painted it white to match the ogiginal 1920’s woodwork that the property featured. We then painted the brick work and cut holes in the replacement PVC bargeboards to ensure that it matched the existing features.

Summit Cladding were called to a home in Tolmers Road Cuffley. The homeowner, Mr Jacovides wanted a canopy at the front of the house, so we created a door canopy which extended across the front of the house, ensuring that it matched with the existing Redland Old English tiles. Summit Cladding were called to a beautiful 200 year old cottage in Ashford Kent. Despite its warm appearance, the home had a serious problem as the featheredge wooden boarding had rotten. To recreate the original look of the cottage and to sort out the rotting problem, we replaced the boarding with Swish 140 mil deep featheredged PVC cladding , which matched the original look and we added deepflow Marshall Tuffle gutters on rafter hangers. Mr Morris called Summit Cladding when he kept having problems with his door getting damaged from wet weather conditions. When we arrived at Mr Morris’ home in N12 we could see that the best way to prevent further damage was to install a door canopy. We did this and then matched up the existing guttering on the front bay. We also added spotlights to the canopy. What do you think of this door canopy installation? Mr Kirby recently bought this bungalow and one of the first things he did was install fascia boards and fassits, however he was disappointed with the standard of the workmanship, so he turned to Summit Cladding, who were happy to replace the whole thing with durable PVC.
