This house in Southgate, N14 had a serious problem. The front of the house was ugly! The first thing people see when they arrive at a house is the front door and the front of this house was dominated by a concrete plinth above the door. Summit Cladding were called to a home in Wanstead, East London to repair and improve the front exterior of a home. We removed all the old timbers and replaced them with a Eurocell OG Fascia Board. The old wooden finule was completely rotten so we had it copied to the exact specifications but in Hardwood and painted it white to match the ogiginal 1920’s woodwork that the property featured. We then painted the brick work and cut holes in the replacement PVC bargeboards to ensure that it matched the existing features.
Summit Cladding were called to a beautiful 200 year old cottage in Ashford Kent. Despite its warm appearance, the home had a serious problem as the featheredge wooden boarding had rotten. To recreate the original look of the cottage and to sort out the rotting problem, we replaced the boarding with Swish 140 mil deep featheredged PVC cladding , which matched the original look and we added deepflow Marshall Tuffle gutters on rafter hangers.
